Fred’s BBQ RUB RECIPE
1/4 cup Paprika
2 Tablespoons Smoked Paprika
1/3 cup Kosher Salt (I use Diamond Crystal brand, it’s not as salty as Morton)
1-1/2 cups Dark Brown Sugar
2 tablespoons Ground Black Pepper
1 tablespoonThyme
1 tablespoon Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Coriander
2-1/2 tablespoons Garlic powder
1 tablespoon Dried Basil
2 tablespoons Chili powder
